How much do you love motion graphic? This is a very interesting motion graphic video. To create it, 1st you need to know how to draw in vector. Option software for creating a vector art would be Adobe Illustrator. If you like freehand style vector you might also try Wacom Intuos. To put all the graphics into motions, I personally like to use After Effect.
